Honour yourself. Learn to take time for reflection... time to heal. Just honor yourself... Don't be afraid of rejection. Those who love you will stay... those who want to leave, let them... Feel your heart, make it whole, tune into and absorb your own vibrations...Allow them to merge with the vibrations of the Universe and stay there for as long as you need to in order to experience Oneness.. Wrap your arms around yourself and nourish your body, mind, heart and soul with the deepest of love you are ever capable of giving... Like a trusting child... Connect. Stay there. Embrace your goodness, your passion, your love... Honor yourself. Close the doors to judgement. Become deaf to the noise and welcome the music... See the past like a shiny dot above the horizon... Wave goodbye to it and never look back... Honor yourself... Get unstuck from the debris of sorrow and layers of perceived beliefs as none of it belongs to you... None of it. Release... Stay there...
Remember: You were always born a butterfly and the caterpillar was just a temporary... uncomfortable but a very useful outfit... Gratitude...
