I presented to my counterpart the latest developments in the South Caucasus, including the process of normalisation of relations with our neighbours. Armenia is ready to establish diplomatic relations with Turkey and open borders. As a result of the dialogue with our Turkish colleagues, we have already reached concrete agreements in order to outline our further steps towards full normalization of relations, Mirzoyan said.
