On the second day of the NATO ministerial to Montenegro received Alliance membership official invitation Montenegro is the first country among the 4 aspirants to join the alliance. Giorgi Kvirikashvili,who also took part in NATO meeting of Ministers of Foreign Affairs commented on the adopted communique .
"The communiqué confirmed that Georgia has conducted very important reforms, both in terms of military interoperability, as well as democratic and political reforms," - he said.
