WASHINGTON, Dec 2 (Reuters) - A five-year transportation bill due for votes in Congress this week would reduce federal deficits by $71 billion over the next 10 years, and leave $10 billion in the Highway Trust Fund at the end of 2020, the Congressional Budget Office said on Wednesday.
