In a recent interview with Hindi TV, Samridhii Shukla spoke about the same. She was asked as to why she maintained silence over Shehzada Dhami and Pratiksha Honmukhe's ouster from Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. To this, the actress stated that she feels that if she cannot add anything good then she should not add anything bad either. She was quoted saying, "There are things that happened and there is always a reason to take such a drastic step but I will not contribute to a sinking ship. If I can't make someone's day, someone's life, someone's anything better, I will at least not make it worse. So I tried to stay out of it." She further added that anything she would have said wouldn't have changed anything.
After Rajan Shahi, it is now that Shehzada Dhami who has shared his side of the story. In a recent interview, he spoke about how directors would get angry at Pratiksha Honmukhe and taking a stand for her cost him the show. He also spoke about claims suggesting that Samridhii Shukla's moral went down because of Shehzad and Pratiksha's behaviour. Talking about this, he mentioned that nothing of such sort happened and Samridhii would always be in her own space.
Post Shehzada and Pratiksha's ouster, they were replaced by Rohit Purohit and Garvita Sadhwani. Rohit and Samridhii's chemistry became instant hit. Fans are waiting for Abhimaan's reunion.
