Shutterfly Inc. late Tuesday said Chief Executive Jeffrey Housenbold will step down in February after 11 years at the helm of the company. The board has hired executive search firm Spencer Stuart to seek a new CEO. The online photography service company also reaffirmed its full-year revenue outlook of $1.04 billion to $1.06 billion. Shares of Shutterfly were unchanged in after-hours trading after falling 1.9% to close the regular session at $45.02.
