Greaves Electric Mobility Private Limited (GEMPL) has recently announced a significant price revision on its Ampere electric scooters.

The price reductions apply to several of Ampere’s best-selling models. The Magnus EX, known for its impressive 100+ kilometer certified range, now retails at Rs. 94,900 (ex-showroom), down from its previous price of Rs. 104,900. This model is equipped with a removable battery pack, multiple riding modes, a spacious seat, and premium metallic colors.
Similarly, the Magnus LT, which offers a certified range of approximately 80 kilometers on a single charge, is now available at Rs. 84,900, reduced from Rs. 93,900. This model also features a removable battery, ensuring convenience for users who need to charge the battery separately from the scooter.
Ampere’s entry-level model, the Reo Li Plus, designed to democratize electric mobility in India, is now offered at an astonishing price of Rs. 59,900 (ex-showroom). Previously priced at Rs. 69,900, the Reo Li Plus is equipped with a removable Lithium-Ion battery pack that provides a certified range of around 70 kilometers per charge. This model is ideal for daily commuting needs and does not require a license or registration, making it an easy-to-use and sturdy option for new riders.

These scooters are equipped with a 3kWh LFP battery that offers 30% more battery life and a rapid charging time of just 3 hours and 22 minutes. With a top speed of 93 km/h and a certified range of 136 kilometers, the Nexus models provide both performance and efficiency. Bookings for the Nexus are open at Rs. 9,999 on the Ampere website.
