F.B.I. Director Christopher Wray, speaking before Congress this week, warned of a possible coordinated terror attack on the United States that could be similar to the ISIS-K attack on a music hall in Moscow. He added that the potential attack could be committed by someone inspired by the Israel-Hamas conflict. Director Wray also pushed lawmakers to reauthorize the controversial section 702 of FISA which allows the government to spy on foreigners overseas without issuing a warrant.
FOX’s John Saucier speaks with David Spunt, Washington-based correspondent for the FOX News Channel, about Director Wray’s warning and the current state of the FISA law.
