This is how former Artsakh State Minister Artak Beglaryan commented on today's document adopted by the Azerbaijani parliament, which expresses territorial claims to Armenia.
"The document adopted today by the Parliament of Azerbaijan regarding the Republic of Armenia is a new aggressive act against Armenia and the Armenian people. It is replete with false historical, political and legal terms and statements.
As long as the rights of the people of Artsakh are restored in their historical homeland, and until the system of Armenophobia is eliminated in Azerbaijan, there can be no peace in the region. Compliance and peacefulness of one side of the conflict, in the face of continued hostility from the other side, will only lead to new concessions and tragedies," he noted.
