“So what do we know? We know that he had a stroke last year He had some auditory and verbal processing disorders which is why he needed close captioning but again it is not so black and white. With that comes level of confusion, level of frustration. We know that he was lightheaded last week, maybe that’s a component of exhaustion, maybe there was something more physical going on. But now he has voluntarily checked himself in for clinical depression and clinical depression goes hand in hand with stroke survivors. This is something that could have been expected, should have been expected. I personally felt that he should have focused more on his physical and mental health soon after having a stroke then going all in for the campaign. Now we’re seeing the consequences of it. I think it’s great that he is undergoing treatment but whether or not he should have pursued his office, you know, I’m not so sure..”
