Dutch Leader Launches ‘De-Islamization’ Manifesto
Far-right Dutch leader Geert Wilders has launched a manifesto that calls for the “de-Islamization” of the Netherlands. Wilders is the founder and leader of the Party for Freedom (PVV) in the Netherlands and currently leads in the polls to be the next prime minister. The manifesto calls for all mosques to be closed and for the Koran to be banned. Wilders believes that the Muslim holy book contains passages that are anti-Semitic and incite violence. The wild haired politician has in the past been credited with slogans such as: “We [in the West] are all Israel” and “Our Western culture is far superior to Islamic culture.” Geert Wilders is a fan of U.S. President-elect Donald Trump.
