Sentenced inmates at Johannesburg Central Prison‚ also known as Sun City‚ started fires in two sections of the correctional facility on Wednesday to vent their dissatisfaction over their conditions - including having to sleep on chipboard‚ toilets and in passages due to overcrowding.
