Her name is Jackline Mwende. The lady got badly injured by her husband. She has awful scars on her head and face. But the most terrible loss is this: he chopped off both of her hands! Can you imagine a life with no hands?

Why would a man do such a horrible thing to a woman? Reportedly, he “punished” her for not being able to produce children. The woman is young. She is just 27. The horrible news shook the community and made Kenyans support the lady.

The life is hard in this country, but living with no hands here is almost impossible. However, there are good people in this world. The lady was taken over to South Korea, where the doctors performed a surgery. They replaced the missing limbs with prosthetic ones.
