Police officers of the Kano state police command has rescued 12 people from some kidnappers in the state.
The commissioner of police in the state Rabiu Yusuf on Tuesday, October 18, told journalists that the victims were rescued from a gang of Kidnappers.

Yusuf said the Kidnappers – 11 of them arrested by the police – carried out their criminal activities in a camp in Falgore forest in the state where police officers launched an operation against them.
Among items recovered from the kidnappers include one AK-47 riffle, 250 rounds of ammunition and two loaded magazines.
Also recovered from the gang were Indian hemp, food items, drinks and other household items.

Habiba reports said was kidnapped from school and forcefully converted to Islam in other to be married to her kidnapper.
