Sadar Police on Sunday booked a foreign student for raping his senior from same country studying in a college in Badowal area. The accused was identified as 20 year old Nopo of Lesotho in South Africa (presently living at rented room in Baddowal area), who is first year student of Bachelors in Commerce at the same college.
