Governor Willie Obiano of Anambra state has reacted to the exit of Maxwell Chinedu Etoromi, the late son of Senator representing Anambra North Senatorial District, Stella Oduah.
Governor Obiano, while condoling with the Senator Oduah, said he received the news about her son’s death with deep regret, Vanguard reports.

In his condolence message to the senator, signed by his Special Assistant on Media, Emeka Ozumba in Awka on Thursday, September 1, Obiano prayed that God will strengthen Senator Oduah at this time.
His statement read: “I received with deep regret the report of the death of your beloved son late Chinedu Etoromi.
“The news came to me as a shock and source of grief. On behalf of my family and Anambra citizens, please accept my sincerest condolences.
“Chinedu left us in the prime of his youth, taking away from us his endearing personality. My thoughts are with you, the members of your family and loved ones in this trying time.
“I have no doubt that his demise is bound to leave a vacuum in your life. But since we cannot question the will of God, I urge you to accept the situation with Christian calmness.
“My prayers are that God will strengthen you at this time and grant him eternal rest.”
Stella Oduah and her late son
Recently, Turkish doctors at the Nizamiye Hospital in Abuja confirmed that Stella Oduah’s son, Maxwell Omabuwa Chinedu Etoromi, lost his life after battling a brain hemorrhage.
The medical practitioners, who pleaded to be anonymous, said that Stella Oduah’s son was rushed into the intensive care unit (ICU) from one medical centre named Zankli Medical Centre, however had almost lost the battle to survive promptly.
A vigil mass was held on Monday, August 29, for late Maxwell Chinedu Etoromi.
The vigil mass which was presided over by Archbishop of Onitsha, Most Reverend Valerian Okeke, was held in his mother’s hometown, Akili-Ozizor, Ogbaru Local Government Area of Anambra state.
