We can all agree that the basic day-to-day requirements of being a human are, to put it in a morning-friendly way, lame as hell. Boring jobs, ridiculous commutes, a consistent supply of creepy ass clowns in Wisconsin. What gives? Beautifully, our guy Morgan Freeman came through with the perfect remedy on Thursday's "Jimmy Kimmel Live!:" godly narration so profound, even the simplest of human tasks seem downright historic.
"You did something great on our show the last time you were here and I was wondering if you would do it again for us," Jimmy Kimmel told Freeman on Thursday's show. "No one tops you when it comes to narration. I thought it might be fun to do it again." Freeman briefly hesitated, wondering aloud if he was being set up by Kimmel's team for some kind of a prank. "You are not being set up," Kimmel confirmed. "Unless we are both being set up, I don't think you're being set up." Convinced of his powers, Freeman obliged.
With a camera already ready to go on Hollywood Boulevard, Freeman then generously gifted an unsuspecting pedestrian with his narrative gifts. The result? Immediate profundity! Duh.

"I went to school to study how to be an actor," Freeman recalled at the time. "In that school, Los Angeles City College, I had a voice and diction instructor who was very good at his job." But Freeman got in and out as quickly as possible, revealing he only went to school for "about 20 minutes." God status once again confirmed.
