The ruling BJD on Wednesday found itself isolated after all political parties, including BJP ignoring their ideological differences, attended an all-party meeting on the raging Mahanadi water issue, convened by the Congress here. The all-party politicians slammed the highhandedness of BJD for jeopardizing the state’s interest by soft-pedalling on Chhattisgarh’s construction of barrages and dams on Mahanadi upstream.
