ISIS Threatens Russia, Vladimir Putin In New Video, Calls On Fighters To Kill Russians
In a new video released Sunday, the Islamic State group threatened Russia and called on ISIS fighters to attack the country. The latest video surfaces as Russia and the United States are in talks to fortify military cooperation to fight ISIS and al Qaeda in Syria.
The nine-minute subtitled video, which was released on YouTube, shows a balaclava-masked man warning Russia President Vladimir Putin that ISIS fighters will kill Russians.
