Japan’s Chief Cabinet Secretary Yoshihide Suga has filed a fresh lawsuit against Okinawa Governor Takeshi Onaga over his failure to retract his revocation of an earlier permission for the landfill work to station a US Marine Corps airbase on the southern island.
