The Vikings have signed defensive tackle Bruce Gaston.
Gaston, in his third season as a pro, has had stints with the Cardinals, Patriots and Dolphins along with the NFC North rival Bears and Packers.
The 24-year-old, who appeared in two games with the Packers last season and seven with the Bears, is listed as 6-foot-2 and 310 pounds.
Gaston was signed after the Vikings waived second-year defensive tackle B.J. Dubose, who suffered a season-ending torn ACL during last Wednesday’s OTA, with an injured designation. If Dubose clears waivers, he will likely revert to injured reserve, keeping him under team control.
