She wrapped her belly and slept. When she woke up, she lost 2.5 inches on her waist!

With a generation of overweight people, most of us are striving really hard just to lose weight not only for health purposes, but also to look good. But do you know that you can lose 2.5 inches off your waist overnight with a very simple method? This works with no effort at all aside from the very easy process. It involves getting your waist wrapped with plastic and bandages.

For the DIY body wrap, you need the following:

  • lotion (it’s best if it contains something from the ocean: seaweed, kelp, mud)
  • clear plastic wrap
  • bandage wrap

How to do it:

  1. Apply a thick layer of lotion to the area you want to target. Make sure not to rub it in completely. You can do it on your stomach, your thighs, your upper arms, wherever your “trouble spots” are.
  2. Wrap the ENTIRE area with your plastic wrap several times. Make it snug but not tight; you do have to wear it ALL night long.
  3. Now wrap the area with a long bandage of some kind, anything that will keep your wrap in place. Be sure to cover the plastic completely.
  4. Secure it well and you’re ready to hit the sack!

Coleen, a mom discovered this method and wants to share it with others who want to achieve the same effects. She said, “After three births, my stomach was no longer flat and attractive. I was persuaded by a friend to buy seaweed lotion, plastic wrap and bandages, to achieve weight loss. When I got up, I took off the bandages and wrap and measured my waist. I was in shock. I lost 2.5 inches during one night.”

This method is best to try during the summer. Since it will remove excess fluid from your body, the heat from the summer season will help you sweat it off and lose more. But since the effects are short-lived since water can easily be replaced in our body, you have to combine exercise and healthy diet with it to maintain the amazing results.
