Syrian opposition's High Negotiations Committee (HNC) wants to see steps, putting the International Syria Support Group's (ISSG) decisions into effect before the intra-Syrian talks restart, Bassma Kodmani, the HNC spokeswoman, told Sputnik Wednesday.
