While "Fantastic Four" takes the crown for the ugliest blockbuster reboot flop of 2015, "Terminator: Genisys" comes in a close second. Paramount's attempt to revive the franchise, while also retconning the storyline we've known so far, was a muddled mess, a movie that was continually pulled between going in a new direction, and referencing every iconic moment in the series. At first claiming they were going to be "re-adjusting" the approach for the planned sequel, the studio wound up taking it off their schedule altogether, and now one of the principal players says she won't be back.
