The United Arab Emirates (UAE) will participate in the meeting of Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) members and non-OPEC oil producing states that is scheduled to be held on April 17 in the Qatari capital of Doha, UAE Energy Minister Suhail Mazrouei said Thursday.
