When the minister of state for petroleum was answering questions, while he briefed the senate yesterday, he said, pipeline and the depot aspects of the oil business was drowning the availability of petroleum products.
Issues like pipeline vandalism and other mundane issues affecting the oil sector could be used as tenable excuses by the minister, but Lagosians and Nigerians alike cannot continue to suffer in the midst of plenty.
