Good news: Check out names of key B/Haram suppliers arrested by army officers
Reports filtering in from Cameroon, Nigeria’s west African neighbours, have it that three main suppliers of Boko Haram have been arrested.
According to Chief Bisong Etahoben, a Cameroonian investigative journalist, the suppliers were arrested by the country’s military officers on Wednesday, March 9, 2016.
In a series of tweets via his official Twitter handle, the man informed also of the demise of Alhaji Brahim, head of the Gangwa village vigilante group who was killed on Thursday, March, during a clash with the fighters.
The insurgents have been defeated in recent weeks by the Nigerian troops handling the Operation Lafiya Dole in Nigeria’s northern states, and have been unable to carry out their attacks on the locals as reports say peace is gradually returning to Maiduguri.
