A toddler fell out of his parents' van on a busy highway in Suzhou, China. The driver of the vehicle didn't realise that his grandson had fallen out of the vehicle, and carried on driving as the boy chased after the car. Fortunately the driver who caught the footage slammed on brakes and rescued the child - who was later safely returned to his grandfather. Video posted to YouTube by Virally.
