Traffic on Poonamallee High Road was held up on Tuesday for a brief while as Tamil Nadu chief minister J Jayalalithaa inaugurated a section of the three-flyover project on Poonamallee High Road near Anna Arch via video-conferencing. The facility is being built by the state highways department.
