There are so many goods you can’t bring into Nigeria that Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) even has special page for it.
If you travel a lot, you might know what is allowed and what is not. For the purpose of informing Nigerians, Naij.com created a chart with the most unthinkable goods and items that are prohibited by NCS.
You can’t bring in birds or poultry products, and it doesn’t matter dead or alive. Also you can’t import bagged cement, sugar cane, refined vegetable oils, waters and fruit juices.
Spaghetti, soaps, furniture and mosquito repellants are also banned to be imported into Nigeria.
