Fearing a possible threat, Goa Dairy has convened an extraordinary general body meeting on Wednesday to discuss the aftermath of a another dairy being set up in Goa by Gujarat-based Surat district cooperative milk producers' union limited (SUMUL), said chairman Baburao Fatto Desai.
