The upset relatives of a mentally disabled Ontario man say their brother was never told he is suing his three siblings over his exclusion from his late father’s will, and has never met the people who filed the lawsuit on his behalf — B.C. government employees. Robert (Bobby) Willson was not listed as an inheritor of his late father’s $1-million estate, so the province’s Public Guardian and Trustee filed a lawsuit claiming the will failed to provide “proper maintenance and support” for the disabled man.
