€100m is not enough for Aubameyang – Borussia Dortmund
Hans-Joachim Watzke, the CEO of Borussia Dortmund, hints that Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang will not be sold even for €100 million.
Lothar Matthaus, who is a former Germany international, said that a Premier League club could pay in excess of €100 million for the 26-year-old African footballer of the year 2015.
Watzke said: “Matthaus appears to be in the know on this one…. But in all serious, even if such an offer would come in, that would be irrelevant for us. We are simply not selling Auba.”
Arsenal have reportedly bidded £44.6 million for the Gabon international following his sensational scoring record of 24 goals in 23 games this season.
He told reporters: “I don’t want to go to Arsenal. I won’t leave Dortmund soon.”
