The Patna GRP on Sunday arrested suspended JD-U MLA Sarfaraz Alam and two of his associates after they arrived at the police station for questioning in connection with their alleged misbehaviour with a couple on the Dibrugarh-New Delhi Rajdhani Express a week ago.
