Tengrinews.kz - Students of the capital's college developed a line for the production of gifts, according to the official website of the Astana akimat (local government administration).
A miniature automated line was created by a group of four students of the ASTANA POLYTECHNIC college. It took a week to create a mini-plant. To produce this installation, students needed knowledge of electricity, mechanics, pneumatics, and programming.
"At the college, we train specialists who can work in any production - from a bottle of milk to an entire car. The guys are preparing to work in a plant. However, since we are an educational institution, we cannot install a plant on our premises, since its size can be 10 times larger than the area of our college," said Samir Kerimov, deputy director for information technology.
It should be noted that the students developing the production line are the winners of the republican stage of the WorldSkills championship in mechatronics.
