The video, posted on TikTok by the user muilkbewo, garnered widespread attention.
"When you want to go to the mountains but live in Astana," the caption on the video reads.
The footage shows several individuals on the roof of the shopping center without any safety equipment.

The video quickly went viral, amassing nearly 500,000 views and sparking dozens of comments as users speculated about the situation.
"Be careful, it's slippery," "Interesting, what are their plans?" and "How much did they pay in fines?" were among the comments.
The Astana Police Department clarified the circumstances surrounding the video:
"Following an investigation, police officers determined that the individuals were workers performing preparatory snow-clearing tasks on the roof of the shopping center. A preventive discussion was held with the mall's administration to ensure adherence to safety measures," the department stated.
