Tengrinews.kz – A direct air connection between Astana and Serbia is being considered. This became known after negotiations between President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and President of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic.
During the talks, the parties expressed mutual interest in further increasing bilateral trade and expanding the range of goods being supplied.
"The importance of developing connectivity and diversifying transportation infrastructure was emphasized, including the possibility of opening direct flights between the capitals," said the press service of the Akorda.
If the plan goes ahead, direct air communication will be established between Astana and Belgrade.
