Tengrinews.kz – Kazakhstan’s teams in the disciplines of sitting volleyball, para table tennis, and para swimming went to Paris.
According to the Ministry of Tourism and Sports, the sitting volleyball team includes Berik Izmaganbetov, Perdebai Namuratov, Nurtau Mukanbetkaliev, Zhangali Suyeuov, Bauyrzhan Sartayev, Kuanysh Tajikov, Yerlan Bitemirov, Erik Kaskabayev, Shyngys Medeuov, Yerbolat Altayev, Akylbek Shikibaev, and Erasyl Abdibek.
It should be noted that the sitting volleyball national team has received a license to participate in the Paralympic Games for the first time in 28 years.
In the discipline of para swimming, Kazakhstan is represented by Zulfiya Gabidullina (Paralympic champion in London 2012), Nurdaulet Zhumagali (bronze medalist at Tokyo 2020), as well as international competition winners Siyazbek Daliyev and Amir Muratbekov.

In para table tennis, Kazakhstan will be represented by Ali Makhulbekov. In 2023, he placed 3rd in the individual category and 2nd in the mixed category at the Egypt Open, and also won silver in the individual category at the Saudi Arabia Open.
In 2024, Ali Makhulbekov continued his successful streak by finishing 2nd at the Astana Open, 3rd in the doubles category at the Egypt Open, and won bronze in the mixed doubles category at the Italy Open. He also placed 3rd in the individual category at the Poland Open.
