It seems I’m not the only one whose alcohol consumption crept up with the recent covid-19 lockdowns. I’m also not the first woman whose tolerance to alcohol has declined every year after hitting 40. It’s difficult to face the fact that drinking isn’t enjoyable anymore, when it’s such an ingrained part of life.
