The mobile app won two Gold Stevie Awards for Innovation in Business Utility Apps and Innovation in Entertainment Apps, a Silver win also coming for Innovation in Business Information Apps. The mobile app was introduced at the start of the ongoing Silver Jubilee Season and has been met with critical acclaim by industry professionals and park enthusiasts alike, introducing users to simplicity and convenience. The first three months since the app's launch saw over 33,000 new users and 100% growth in online ticket sales, with a 163% increase in app downloads and 127% app store improvement rating compared to the same period a year prior has also been recorded.

Park guests can make payments for entry tickets, parking permits, tickets for entertainment, attractions and Carnaval Points, with transactions completed in less than 10 seconds using Apple Pay. Registered uses can manage VIP packs, and Wonder Passes through their profiles and can top up their points in just 3 clicks.
