Commission on Elections (Comelec) Chairman Andres Bautista is proposing that the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) polls be pushed back and held together with the election of members of a proposed Constitutional Convention (Con-Con). “If we will also have an election to select Con-Con members, and we have this barangay and SK elections, maybe it would be better if they will just be held together at the same time,” he said in a radio interview Tuesday.
