BAGUIO CITY — The 21st flower festival grand parades started with a bang with the Grand Street Dancing parade scheduled on Saturday (February 27, 2016). The parade started at around 8 a.m., although onlooker lined up the streets as early as 4 a.m. to be able to get a good place to watch the events. There were eight elementary schools competing in the drum and lyre competition, for the final showdown and judging. (All photos by Zaldy Comanda)
