BEIJING/TOKYO, Feb 16 (Reuters) - China rapped Australian Foreign Minister Julie Bishop on Tuesday ahead of her visit to Beijing after she said Australia recognised the Philippines' right to seek arbitration in its dispute with Beijing over the South China Sea.
