Jack Owens of Lee & Associates represented the Humanities Foundation Inc. in the $700,000 sale of the former Rutledge Avenue Baptist Church at 554 Rutledge Ave. The buyers, John L. Morrison and Lucas P. Morrison, were represented by Tim Weldon of King Street Commercial.
