Also, the branch of the National Center of Expertise of the Committee of Sanitary and Epidemiological Control of the Ministry of Healthcare in the Abai region (on the border with China) conducted a study of the table grape variety Shine Muscat for nitrate content, according to the results of which the nitrate content in the product was 13.7 milligrams per kilogram, which is acceptable for this product.
Earlier, Minister of Agriculture was asked about the safety of Korean Shine Muscat grapes. Answering journalists' questions, the head of the ministry assured that all products imported to Kazakhstan undergo mandatory control.
