Tengrinews.kz - An official ceremony was held in Hungary to welcome President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
The Lions' Court of the Royal Palace in Budapest hosted a ceremonial welcome for President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev of Kazakhstan, who is on a state visit to Hungary.
Prime Minister Viktor Orban welcomed the Kazakh leader to the sound of military orchestra fanfare. The event featured an honor guard and a mounted cavalry unit. The honor guard commander delivered a salute, followed by the national anthems of Kazakhstan and Hungary.
After the ceremonial march by the honor guard and cavalry, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and Viktor Orban introduced the members of their respective delegations.

On November 19, President Tokayev arrived in Hungary. That evening, Tokayev and Orban attended the UEFA Nations League football match between Hungary and Germany.
During the visit, the Kazakh leader is scheduled to hold talks with Hungarian President Tamas Sulyok and Prime Minister Viktor Orban. The discussions will focus on strengthening strategic partnerships between the two nations in political, trade-economic, and cultural-humanitarian areas.
The Kazakh leader also plans to meet with Hungarian business leaders.
