Tengrinews.kz - A group of foreign nationals who evaded departure from Kazakhstan has been identified in Aktobe, and by court decision, they have been expelled from the country.
According to the Police Department on transport, this involves three citizens of Tajikistan and one citizen of Uzbekistan
Head of the department, Bakitzhan Malybaev, explained that they violated immigration laws by failing to leave Kazakhstan within the required time frame. He added that administrative protocols have been drawn up against the offenders.
"By court decision, the foreigners have been expelled from the country and banned from entering the Republic for a period of 5 years," Malybaev reported.
The press service of the department noted that the law enforcement officers discovered the offenders during the operational and preventive event 'Law and Order,' which took place from August 26 to 28.
There was also a case when a foreigner was arrested in Astana. That one will be expelled from Kazakhstan for indecent behaviour.
Six thousand foreigners have been expelled from the country. They have been closed entry for five years.
