Tengrinews.kz - On 25 July, near the village Akshi, Alakol district, an aircraft crashed on Lake Alakol.
Two people were injured and taken to the hospital following an aircraft incident. It was revealed that the aircraft was not registered in the state registry of civil aircraft and lacked an airworthiness certificate.
"The pilot does not have a valid aviation personnel certificate. Law enforcement agencies will investigate the causes of the aircraft crash," the agency said.
The committee also issued an appeal to Kazakh citizens.
"Recently, there has been an increase in advertisements for air rides, flights on aircraft, balloons, and other flying devices on social media. We urge all citizens to consider key safety aspects when choosing such activities. If you have any doubts about flight safety, please contact the Civil Aviation Committee and the Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan for information," the committee emphasized.
