When Anthony Bourdain last filmed a television show in Charleston, he drank Champagne at an oyster roast. Basically, as he admitted in a filmed introduction to the Charleston episode of Parts Unknown, which premiered tonight at the Charleston Food Film Festival, he screwed up.
