Tyga to Make Feature Film Debut in Coming-of-Age Musical 'Baby, You're a Star'
Tyga is set to make his feature film debut.
The 36-year-old Grammy nominee will star in the upcoming coming-of-age musical drama Baby, You’re a Star. He co-wrote the script with Curtis Bryant and is also producing.
According to Deadline, the film will star Moonlight‘s Ashton Sanders and Outer Banks actress Madison Bailey.
“The film is set in 1989 and follows an ambitious young artist determined to break free from the limitations of his environment, as he navigates love, identity, and the pursuit of artistic expression,” shares the outlet.

Baby, You’re a Star is now in production in Portland, Oregon and also stars Apollonia, Clifton Powell, Patrick Cage, David Alan Grier, and Mike Epps.
Arrad Rahgoshay will direct in his feature debut.
Tyga, real nae Michael Ray Stevenson, has released several notable songs, like “Rack City,” which became the lead single on his debut album Careless World: Rise of the Last King. The single was certified multi-platinum.
He has shared the news on his social media accounts, including X and Instagram.
He is currently believed to be dating Madelaine Petsch still. The couple was spotted at a club in West Hollywood in January amid breakup rumors, seemingly putting them to rest.
